I made this short & simple practice for the moments you need to wind down, relax & recover a sense of inner peace. It is a perfect practice for when you need to feel held & supported.

You can also do this before sleep to ensure a night of deep rest.

  • arrive in yourself

  • prepare for rest

You can do this meditation seated or laying down.​

 

​You'll need:​

  • some privacy

  • space to sit or lay down

​

The practice is around 15 minutes long.​​​
